chronic pain management
If you’re looking at this page, it’s likely you understand all too well the unfortunate reality that some pains will simply never relent. While that sounds dire, hopefully you’re also aware that just because certain pains won’t go away doesn’t mean they can’t be managed and controlled.
reducing flare-ups
The chronic pain work I do will begin by reducing existing flare-ups. We’ll reset your nervous system to obtain a calmer, more stable baseline and interrupt the pain-spasm-pain cycle.
create a maintenance plan
After this we’ll focus on creating a maintenance plan to keep your pain as controlled and mitigated as possible. We’ll determine a regular schedule and go over any preventative exercises and activities you can undertake to keep yourself healthy. We’ll set measurable, achievable goals and check-in regularly to see how you’re progressing.
sustain your quality of life
While we may never be able to get you to a point of living without pain, hopefully we can help you enjoy playing with your daughter or enable you to take a walk around Green Lake.
