RE-OPENING NOVEMBER 1ST
Dear me, what a crazy ride it’s been.
There’s no nice way to say it - 2020 has been a kick in the $#@(*%. Thankfully, there’s a lot of amazing people out there in the world working to make it better, and trying their best to keep us all safe. We can’t hide inside forever (though sometimes it feels like we should), and we can’t change the fact that humans need contact with other humans. Social interaction, even with restrictions, is vital to our health and wellbeing.
I thought long and hard about when and how to reopen my massage room. Even following the best practices, I cannot guarantee 100% safety in coming for treatment - but I will minimize the risks to you and myself through the following promises:
I will have everyone agree to my Covid-19 Safety Practices - reporting any unusual symptoms before they arrive for an appointment and rescheduling without penalty if they’re feeling unwell.
Only one client at a time will be allowed into the office, and appointments will be spaced 60 minutes apart to allow for full room sanitation and airing.
Masks will be required at all times for everyone. No exceptions.
I will wear a new apron, mask, and gloves for each appointment to eliminate cross-contamination.
I will wash my hands before and after all appointments, and before and after all room sanitations.
All surfaces that have potentially been touched (ex: massage table, door handles, sinks, cabinets, etc) will be disinfected before and after each appointment.
I will be limiting the use of linens - no more blankets.
It’s a crazy world out there and we’re all doing the very best we can to keep the people we know and love safe. I ask that everyone coming to see me assess carefully their personal risks and those of their pod before coming in for a massage session.
